Hey everyone, how are doing on this fine Saturday night? I’m incredibly sad to say I am so EXCITED that my new fridge/freezer is coming tomorrow (Sunday) I have been waiting very patiently for 2 years, I think!! In my old flat the kitchen was a redicilous size and above where the only place a fridge/freezer could go was an old style heating timer. Which the council wouldn’t replace so I was stuck with a small fridge/freezer which did me well for 4years even if it was far to small. Anyway, I moved into my new fabulous flat in June and the kitchen is a much better size and design. So I can now have a big fridge freezer. This is totally relevant to books of course, as I know more space to store reading snack food 😂😂.
In other news, I have and hopefully will be accepted to do a open university course in English Literature which I am totally excited for. It will be next year I think now as there is only two weeks left to apply for this year. I will be doing it part-time I’m hoping which is between 4-6 years depending on the course I go for!! I’m super excited!! If you have done English literature, I would LOVE to hear from you!!
However, lets get down to the main reason for this blog post shall we? No you don’t want to, tough shit!! 😂😂😂 only joking!! Carry on reading if you do, of course.

Title: Begin Again
Author: Mona Kasten
He makes the rules. She breaks them all.
A new start. It’s the only thing keeping Allie Harper going, when she packs up her life and moves across the country to Woodshill, Oregon. She’s about to start college, desperate to leave the ghosts of her past behind her. Even if that means never talking to her parents again.
Now the hard part – finding an apartment before classes start. Just when it seems she’ll have to live out of her car, Allie visits one more place. It’s beautiful. With one exception: can she stand being roommates with campus bad boy Kaden White? Sure, Kaden is sexy with his tattoos and careless attitude, but he’s also an arrogant jerk. With nowhere else to go, Allie moves in.
The first thing Kaden does is make a set of rules. Either Allie obeys, or she’s out:
1. Don’t talk about your girl problems.
2. Keep your mouth shut if I bring someone home.
3. We will NEVER hook up.
Easy enough, thinks Allie. Who would want to get involved with a brute like Kaden? But the more she gets to know him, the more she sees beyond his gruff facade. He, too, is harboring some painful secrets. For Kaden and Allie, it gets harder and harder to ignore the sparks between them. And the lines between the rules start to blur-
Begin Again is a beautiful romance that shows us just how possible it is to start over. To find freedom in heartbreak and love in the most unlikely places.
